Good Morning Sister W.W.F.F.,
First off, want to wish our Cara a great time this weekend. She is going to be in Wisconsin for a Parrott Head Convention.....actually a Jimmy Buffett concert. So Cara have a fun and safe trip. We expect story upon your return.
Found some things that we may need to be reminded of.
10 ways to think thin
1. Set reasonable goals.
2. Go out to a restaurant and watch other people eat. Compare how a thin person and a heavy person eats.
3. Don't weigh yourself too often. Too easy to get discouraged. Once a week is enough.
4. Take a ''before" picture. Great way to see how small you are really getting.
5. Take up a new hobby instead of eating. Keep those hands busy.
6. If you serve your food family style (bowl passing) serve from the kitchen stove instead. This way the food is out of site.
7. Don't attach your weight loss to a specific date or event.
8. Don't list too many forbidden foods for yourself.
9. Don't watch TV or listen to the radio while you are eating.
10. Chew each mouthful of food 20 times before swallowing.
