Great meeting this morning. We missed those of you that were not there. So I have to tell you, ''Joan is at a new number on the scale......170!!!!!!!!!!!! Color me happy.
So good to see our Betty back today, and she gave herself the best birthday gift she could and that was re-committing to her weight loss adventure. Way to go Betty, and if you need help we are all here for you.

Here is where sometimes we need to be a bit selfish. Put those thing out of sight. Out of sight out of mind. It's okay to be selfish. Even at work we need be good to yourself, don't let those goodies rule us.
ATTEND MEETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much cheaper that therapy :). This is a great way to get motivation. There is always someone with a new idea. We get to laugh, and maybe too much at time, but it is just a great way to spend time together. Like it or not....we are family.
