I have a question this morning, and I know for some this question does not apply, but asking it anyway.
If the weeks you tracked your food, got in your activity, and came in weighed and had a loss. Then why would you ever want to stop tracking and getting in your activity?
I'm waiting for answers on this, cause I really want to know.
