There are times when I wonder if doing the daily e-mail's to my sister w.w.'s, if it really does anyone any good. It is good for me to do them, it is a way of journaling, but there are times, I have to wonder....is anyone really paying attention???
We all experience doubt at times in our lives, and I am sure this is just that ''a time of doubt for me."
Got in extra activity today, did the pool at the gym then met up with friends at the Mall and walked for nearly an hour.
