Good Morning My Dear Weight Watcher Friends,
 
Cannot believe that today is already Friday, and tomorrow will be most of our weigh-in day.  To begin with, we have yet another newbie, my friend Sally (PrincessPP).  Sally lives in Wisconsin and has been to a few of our Saturday morning meetings when she has been here visiting with Bob and I.  Welcome Sally.
 
Back to reality, tomorrow is weigh in day.  So looking back did we track?  Did we get in our oil?  How about activity?  Whatever we may not have done this week, we want to make a conscious effort to get those things in for next week.  Yep, I believe in looking ahead, that way we have less chance of repeating our mistakes.
 
For some of us it has been a struggle this week, with the crappy weather, with stress, with whatever it may have been that triggered those food struggles.  Today is a new day, so there is no time to look back and moan and groan that "I messed up".  MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!  We can do this.  It does take work, and it takes us caring enough about ourselves that we refuse to allow anything, or anyone, including ourselves to get in our way of meeting our goals.
 
Here is the thought for today.  No matter if you have 5, 10, 20, 75 or more pounds to lose, take it 5 pounds at a time.  Don't look at the entire amount, take it in small bites.  You know sorta like ''HOW DO YOU CLIMB A MOUNTAIN"????  One step at a time.
