Subject: Saturday After Weight Watchers.
Good Morning My W.W.F.F. (Weight Watcher Friends Forever),
To begin with giving a shout out to Jennifer, she wanted to be added to the e-mail list. Welcome Jennifer, and fill free to chime in at anytime.
We missed Randy and Clare today, and we hope they are having a great time. BTW, Randy, the third row did pretty darn good this week. :>)
If this week, the scale did not show you what you wanted, and your pretty sure ''why'' it didn't show you what you wanted, then I suggest, and I only suggest this, ''take time today, to really look at what your doing". Don't fall into that trap of ''today is Saturday, and I don't have to weigh-in again for a whole week". Nothing wrong with easing up on the weekend, but just make sure you can get back on track when you need to.
If your bored with what your eating, try something new. Jana, I will send you the zucchini soup recipe, but I would also suggest you make just a little in case you don't like it, that way you will not have wasted a bunch of veggies.
We can do this, it takes hard work, patience, and a good sense of humor. Go forth this week, and think like a ''loser", :>)
